Will Extensions Damage Your Hair?

Many women with fine, fragile hair would love to wear extensions, but worry that they will damage their natural hair. Two things I find that need addressed when guests begin their hair extension journey with me are overall length and density. The first step is to establish a new care plan, which includes regular micro-trims, deep conditioning treatments, taking it easy on blonding services, and minimizing the use of high heat styling. I like to assess your current routine and lifestyle so we can create a new routine that makes sense.

During your Virtual Consultation, we will decide whether you want to add just fullness, or add length, as well. This will determine how many rows of NBR® Extensions we need to add. The goal is to create your dream hair while healing your natural hair and promoting growth.
