I know you've seen some amazing transformations using color and Natural Beaded Rows here before. But we don't often talk about Why someone chooses to take the leap of faith and schedules that initial consultation with me.

Today, I'd like to share part of Jolie's story. Hearing it second-hand from me will only allow you to begin to understand her Why, but as you know, we each have our own unique story. And while there are millions of reasons we choose to wear Natural Beaded Rows, the main one comes down to feeling like your best self.

And that feeling is measured with one thing. Confidence.

Jolie has thick, naturally wavy hair. She's always been shades of rich jewel-toned reds. And she's always felt very rooted in her confidence and identity as That Girl With The Long, Gorgeous, Red Hair.

Until she lost her hair due to cancer.

During treatment and recovery, Jolie had fun with a wig that helped her still feel like herself, as close as she could get at the time. She thankfully recovered and is healthy now. With lots of thick, wavy hair.

But it wasn't quite the same. She and her stylist toned down the color while it was short, since it didn't feel right having it bright red while it grew back. She didn't want it to be the first thing people saw.

And she knew as she let her brownish red hair grow in, that she didn't feel amazing about her hair. She missed her old hair, missed feeling like her old self. She started researching extensions, and realized she needed a little more length to be able to move forward with any of the options.

So she waited. And then she filled out my NBR Application.
