Many jobs have a year end review and bonus program. Whether it’s for a job, or life in general, most of us look back and reflect on our year, and set goals for the next year.

How many of us realize that we really don’t take care of ourselves the way we take care of everybody else? If you’re like me, you also set goals to do more self-care the next year. It rarely ever happens, and the cycle repeats.

This year, plan on making yourself a priority; instead of settling for last, set your target a little closer to the top. You will have a much better year, I promise!
